Do you accept any insurances?
We currently are in the processing of becoming credentialed with various commercial insurance providers. Until then, we are self-pay only. We are happy to provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance provider. We accept cash, check, and credit cards (must be kept on file).
What are your hours of operation?
We currently do not have ‘set’ hours of operation. We have flexibility in scheduling weekdays, evening hours and weekends.

Standalone assessment $250
Add-on feedback session (schedule up to 60 days following your assessment) $150
