We support individuals and their families navigating trauma, ADHD, life transitions, anxiety, and more. Therapy may include building an understanding of your brain and nervous system, practical coping tools, and unpacking patterns rooted in lived experiences. Our work together is collaborative, moving at your pace and centering on safety and curiosity.

We practice trauma-focused therapy using mindfulness-based, somatic and person centered approaches.

As we get to know each other more, we will explore what the best fit is for you.

  • Individual therapy at Curious Roots Wellness offers a supportive, trauma-informed space to explore challenges, build coping tools, and reconnect with yourself. Sessions are collaborative, neurodivergent-affirming, and tailored to your unique needs.

  • Curious Roots Wellness offers neurodivergent-affirming, trauma-informed ADHD services designed to provide clarity, understanding, and meaningful support. ADHD clinical assessments are collaborative and strengths-based, focusing on insight and validation rather than labels alone.

ADHD-informed therapy supports executive functioning, emotional regulation, self-esteem, and burnout, helping you develop strategies that work with your brain. Services are individualized, compassionate, and paced with care, supporting growth and self-acceptance from the roots up.

  • Trauma-informed therapy at Curious Roots Wellness offers a calm, supportive space to explore experiences that may still feel present in the body, emotions, or relationships. This work honors how past experiences can shape patterns of stress, safety, and connection, often in ways we don’t consciously choose.

Therapy is paced with care and guided by safety, collaboration, and choice. Using mindfulness-based and body-aware approaches, sessions focus on building regulation, self-trust, and a greater sense of ease over time. Healing unfolds gently, with respect for your readiness and resilience.

  • Family therapy at Curious Roots Wellness supports families navigating behavioral concerns, school-related stress, ADHD, and changes that impact family dynamics. This work recognizes that behavior is communication and that children do best when caregivers feel supported, informed, and empowered.

Sessions focus on strengthening connection, improving communication, and developing practical, developmentally appropriate strategies that support emotional regulation at home and school. Therapy is collaborative and compassionate, honoring each family’s strengths while working together to create more ease, understanding, and confidence.

  • Thank you for your interest in LCSW clinical supervision at Curious Roots Wellness. I offer trauma-informed, relational supervision for social workers pursuing licensure, with an emphasis on ethical practice, professional growth, and sustainable clinical work.

If you are interested in supervision, please include your current license level, work setting, anticipated supervision needs, and what you are hoping to gain from the supervisory relationship. I look forward to connecting and exploring whether we may be a good fit.

Keegan Cares Partnership

A service provided by the Adalyn Rose Foundation

We are honored to partner with the Adalyn Rose Foundation through their Keegan Cares initiative.

The Keegan Cares program provides access to therapy for parents navigating the unimaginable grief of losing a baby during pregnancy, infancy, or early childhood. Through this partnership, individuals and families may be eligible to receive funded therapy sessions, helping reduce financial barriers to care and allowing space for healing to begin.

At Curious Roots Wellness, we offer trauma-informed, compassionate therapy to support individuals and families through grief, loss, and the complex emotions that follow. This work is rooted in honoring your story, your connection, and your healing, at your own pace.

If you have been connected through the Adalyn Rose Foundation or are interested in learning more about Keegan Cares support, please reach out or complete the referral form through their program.

You are not alone in this.
