  • Curious Roots Wellness is in network with Capital Blue Cross, Aetna, Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield and Optum.

    Curious Roots Wellness is in network with Health Choices Berks, UPMC Commercial Plans and UPMC CHIP plans.

    Curious Roots Wellness does have self-pay rates for services, and can provide a superbill if we are an out of network provider.

  • Simple- send us an email at sarah@curiousrootswellness.org to see if we have openings. Curious Roots Wellness provides clinical supervision to licensed social workers in the state of Pennsylvania. We charge $70 for individual supervision and $55 for group supervision (if a group is formed).
